Privacy Policy

How Ekomas, Inc. collects, uses and protects the information you give us when you use this website.

Last updated 12 October 2026

Ekomas, Inc. ("Ekomas", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If we ask for information that identifies you, it will only be used as this policy describes.

We may update this policy from time to time by changing this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

01

Information we collect

You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We collect personal information only when you give it to us, which on this website means the Contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Your message, including anything you choose to write in it, such as the role you are applying for

When you send the form, we also record the IP address it came from and the country that address belongs to. Like most websites, our web servers keep standard logs of requests, such as IP address and browser type.

02

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

  • Reply to your enquiry or job application
  • Send you an automatic email confirming that we received your message
  • Let the people at Ekomas who handle enquiries know that a new one has arrived
  • Protect this website and the Contact form from spam and abuse
  • Keep records of our correspondence with you

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing.

03

How we protect and store it

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them.

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep proper business records. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

04

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This website sets a few of its own, and none of them are used for advertising:

  • A session cookie that keeps the Contact form's spam check working. It is deleted when you close your browser.
  • A cookie that gives your browser a random ID so the website can recognise it on a later visit, with a small companion cookie used for housekeeping. They hold no personal information and last up to 12 months.
  • A cookie that notes a recent visit, which helps us tell real visitors from automated traffic. It lasts 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of this website will still work without them.

Your choices and contacting us

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, or if you have a question or complaint about this policy or this website, contact us:
